New chapter, new 'do.
Blac Chyna buzzed off a portion of her hair more than two months after embarking on personal transformation journey. On May 17, the Rob & Chyna alum posted a video of herself sitting on a salon chair as she showed off a choppy pixie cut with shaved sides.
"New cut baby," she wrote on Instagram Story. "Time to curl."
Calling it an "edgy" look, she added in a May 18 grid post, "I'm obsessed with my short hair cuts so I wanna try all the different styles."
The haircut is just one of the many ways Chyna has changed her appearance in recent months. In March, the 35-year-old shared that she had undergone breast and butt reduction surgery as a part of a "life changing journey" to return to her roots as her real name Angela White.
"One of the things I feel like is going to take me to the next level is obviously taking some of these ass shots out," she said in a March 13 video. "My procedure took over eight and a half hours, y'all, because of the simple fact that whatever that silicone mass in my buttocks…it kept clogging the machine and breaking the machine."
Chyna—who shares son King, 10, with Tyga and daughter Dream, 6, with Rob Kardashian—has said her new chapter also included quitting OnlyFans, getting baptized, receiving a doctorate from seminary school, dissolving the fillers in her face and ditching her long nails.
"When Dream saw my nails, she was like, ‘Your nails!'" Chyna recalled during an appearance on Sway In The Morning in March. "Because she looks up to me and every time she's like, ‘I can't wait ‘til I get older so I can get long nails, Mommy.' So, now when she sees my nails, she's like, ‘Ooh, you have short nails. I like your nails.'"
The reality star continued, "It's more relatable to her and showing her that you don't have to have long nails."
Recently, Chyna admitted that she can't even recognize her former self. "I was looking at old pictures," she shared in a May 12 video. "That face was looking crazy."
