Why Lindsie Chrisley Blocked Savannah and Siblings Over "Bulls--t" Family Drama

Lindsie Chrisley just spilled the southern tea on her family drama.
The Chrisley Knows Best alum didn't mince words when it came to addressing her half-sister Savannah Chrisley's recent appearance on The Viall Files. On the podcast, Savannah claimed that mom Julie Chrisley had "always treated" Lindsie and her brother Kyle Chrisley—who are dad Todd Chrisley's kids from his previous marriage to ex Teresa Terry—as "if they were hers," but the two older kids "didn't necessarily treat her the same."
However, according to Lindsie, the 26-year-old has no right to pass judgement.
"It shows just a complete lack of empathy," the 34-year-old remarked on the Sept. 21 episode of her Coffee Convos podcast, "but also a lack of awareness that you didn't have parents that were divorced."
Lindsie explained that Julie "could have hung the moon, but she still wasn't my mother."
"I still had exposure to my mother and I still had all of those traumas before they were ever even born or brought into the picture," Lindsie said of Savannah and Todd's sons with Julie: Chase, 27, and Grayson, 17. "And so, it's easy to sit and say things without having true life experience."
She also called Savannah's comments a "little bit unfair" and "definitely one-sided," adding, "A little advice would be: Don't pass judgment on situations that you can't begin to understand."
Elsewhere in the podcast, Lindsie revealed that she recently blocked Savannah after being chided in a group text with her siblings. Lindsie explained that she had re-posted on Instagram Stories a bingo card meme listing outlandish predictions about the Chrisleys "to make light" of the family's current situation—which includes Todd and Julie serving out prison sentences—though Savannah allegedly took issue with the joke.
"I understand emotions are high and everybody doesn't deal with things the same way," the Southern Tea podcast host shared. "It wasn't meant to be rude. It wasn't meant to be mean."
Lindsie said she received a text from her siblings demanding that she "immediately remove" the post since it was "about our parents." And while she complied, Lindsie said she also sent back a text along the lines of: "'Remove yourself and don't send me text messages about stuff like this. Like, this is a work day—don't have time to deal with this bulls--t.'"
"After the thread of text, I go and block," she said, explaining that "it's better to disengage yourself from someone else that seems to be triggering."
"It's my social media and it's my life," continued Lindsie, who said she later unblocked her siblings. "This was appropriate for the situation given the fact that I was attacked for attempting to make light of a situation as a coping mechanism by posting this bingo card."
She added, "I didn't want to trigger them anymore, so the easiest way was for me to block because you don't need to be looking at my stuff."
E! News has reached out to Savannah's rep for comment but hasn't heard back.
